Trial Participation Notice and Agreement

By submitting this Trial Request, the parent or guardian confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete, and agrees that the student and any accompanying person will comply with the BRS Code of Conduct, the membership conduct and discipline provisions applicable to trial participants, venue rules, equipment-use and safety rules, and reasonable directions from authorized BRS or venue staff. BRS may suspend or end participation if these requirements are not followed. Submission does not guarantee a trial placement, program admission, or membership. Agreement to these rules does not make the student or guardian a member, create membership rights, or create a Parent Portal account.

试课参与须知与同意

提交本试课申请，即表示家长或监护人确认所提供的信息真实、完整，并同意学生及任何陪同人员在参与 Brave Robotics Society 活动期间，遵守 BRS 行为规范、适用于试课参与者的会员纪律条款、场地规定、设备使用与安全规定，以及 BRS 或场地方授权工作人员的合理指示。未遵守相关规定时，BRS 可以暂停或终止参与。提交申请不代表试课安排、项目录取或会员资格已经获批。接受上述规则不会自动成为会员、不会产生会员权利，也不会自动创建家长门户账户。
